These days, every city, county and state have developed a system for paranoid schizophrenia or other brain dysfunctions, where they have someone degreed as a Mental Health Officer, who can complete the paperwork in admitting someone against their will. The systems have their own officers who can transport the person that is mentally challenged to the hospital. Depending on the situation, they can even arrange with the police in doing so.
If the person is in need of help and hospitalization, these options are used as a last resort but are very traumatic for the sufferer. As a conclusion, there are many ways in succeeding in getting your loved one to receive help and getting them to the hospital. There they can get the psychiatric help they need. The problem is that when dealing with a Mental Health institution the process is long and cumbersome. This happens because there are laws to follow for protecting someone from false imprisonment in an institution.
